One of Concerned Friends' key activities as part of our advocacy work is to monitor the performance of long-term care facilities in Ontario in relation to existing provincial government legislation and enforcement.

Our Report Card is distributed at no cost to Ministry of Health officials, MPPs, service providers, community agencies, seniors organizations, and our members.

To help families choose a care facility that fits their needs, we developed our Checklist. It is a nine-page booklet with questions to ask and things to look for when you are touring a facility.

Our Advocacy Guide is available to assist Family Councils and Family Council Networks in their efforts to deal with issues/concerns about long-term care.

Our quarterly newsletter is sent to all our members. Issues are published in March, June, September and December.
