Your membership helps pay the phone bill for our toll-free help line. Or it may pay for the travel costs of one of our volunteers to travel to a long-term care home to help mediate a situation between a resident and the home. Perhaps it pays for our website hosting so we can reach thousands more people who join us in helping Ontario’s seniors.
For $25 a year you will receive our quarterly newsletter discussing current issues and developments facing long-term care homes and residents. You will also receive e-mail notices for events and information about long-term care and seniors’ services and programs.
Concerned Friends of Ontario Citizens in Care Facilities is a non-profit corporation and registered charity dedicated to reform of the long-term care system and improvement of quality of life for residents. The organization is supported by membership and donations without government funding. Its activities are undertaken entirely by volunteers.
